Returns and Refunds
How It Works
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it, by clicking on Get in Touch for additional instructions. We want you to be totally satisfied, and we’re happy to help solve any issues you may experience.
You may return an item if, you have the invoice, the original tags are securely attached, and there is not any damage or wear/tear to the item. Please allow up to 5 weeks from the day the package is mailed for refunds to be processed. Credit to your account should appear within 1-2 billing statements after we receive your returned items, in an appropriate condition.
Generally, returns are refunded in the original payment method. Additionally, customized and customizable items are non-returnable. Also, we may refuse or delay returns if fraud or abuse is suspected. Additionally, if you are charged more than the posted or advertised price, we will refund you the difference.
